By accessing or using MYSTIQUE hAIven ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, please do not use the Platform. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
MYSTIQUE hAIven is a curated video and reel viewing platform built on modern web technologies. The Platform is currently in a beta phase and may undergo frequent changes, updates, or interruptions without notice. We provide access to curated video content sourced, licensed, and integrated via third-party services. The quality, availability, and completeness of content are not guaranteed.
2.1 AI-Generated Content
The Platform features exclusively AI-generated video and image content. No real human faces, bodies, or likenesses are featured on the Platform. All content is artificially generated and does not depict real individuals. The content themes include erotic and adult material presented in an artful, non-extreme context. By accessing the Platform, you acknowledge and accept the nature of the content presented.
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Platform. By registering or accessing the Platform, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and are legally able to view adult content in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration and to update such information as needed.
3.1 Adult Content Notice

You are purchasing access to the Platform service and its curated content library, not ownership of or permanent rights to individual videos.
4.1 Subscription Grant
Your subscription fee grants you the right to stream and view all curated content available on the Platform during your subscription period. You may not download, record, screen-capture, or distribute any content. You may not share your account credentials with others or allow others to use your subscription.
4.2 Content Availability and Rotation
The Platform features curated content that may change, rotate, or become unavailable at any time due to updates to curation, or other operational reasons. We do not guarantee that any specific content will remain available during your subscription. Specific videos or content may be removed, replaced, or modified without notice. Continued access to the Platform does not guarantee access to any specific video or content item.
4.3 Billing, Renewal, and Cancellation
Subscription fees are billed according to the plan you select (e.g., monthly or annual). Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. You are responsible for canceling your subscription if you no longer wish to be charged. Cancellation requests must be submitted through your account settings or by contacting support. Upon cancellation, your access to the Platform ceases at the end of your current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial months or unused portions of your subscription.
4.4 Price Changes
We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. Any price changes will take effect at your next renewal date. If you object to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the price change takes effect.

The Platform itself — including its code, design, interface, and curation — is the property of MYSTIQUE hAIven and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view Platform content for personal, non-commercial purposes only. Some AI-generated content on the Platform may not be protected by copyright under applicable law. Regardless, your access to and use of content through the Platform is governed by these Terms. You may not download, reproduce, screen capture, or otherwise extract content from the Platform without prior written permission. We reserve the right to enforce these restrictions technically and contractually.
While we strive to curate quality content, the Platform does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, legality, or appropriateness of any content displayed. You acknowledge that you view all content at your own risk. We are not responsible for content provided by third parties or for any harm caused by reliance on such content. Video availability and delivery quality depend on third-party services and internet connection quality, which we cannot guarantee.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYSTIQUE hAIven AND ITS CREATORS, OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU HAVE PAID US IN THE PAST TWELVE MONTHS, OR ZERO DOLLARS IF YOU HAVE NOT MADE PAYMENT.
THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
Your use of the Platform is subject to our Privacy Policy. The Platform uses Firebase for authentication and data management. We collect information necessary to provide and improve the Platform, including usage data and device information. This data may be used to enhance your experience, improve the Platform, and for analytics purposes. We do not sell your personal data to third parties, but we may share it with service providers as necessary to operate the Platform.
The Platform may integrate or link to third-party services, including but not limited to Bunny Stream for video delivery and Firebase for authentication and data storage. Your access to and use of these third-party services are governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of third-party services. Your interactions with these services are at your own risk.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform at any time, with or without cause or notice. Cause includes, but is not limited to, violation of these terms, unauthorized access, or conduct that harms the Platform or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform immediately ceases, and any content associated with your account may be deleted.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless MYSTIQUE hAIven and its creators, owners, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Platform's creator operates, without regard to its conflict of law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that jurisdiction for the resolution of any disputes.
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect, and the invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
These Terms of Service, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MYSTIQUE hAIven regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
